Our Recruitment Process
In AB Ventures, we believe in fair evaluation of applications and hence we have divided our process of selection into four major rounds.
(Please note that each round holds a specific weightage and the final result will be a cumulative assessment of the candidates’ performance in all rounds.)
CV/Resume: The first step is to review the written application sent in by the candidates. We have already received hundreds of applications and we have been thoroughly screening them.
Aptitude and Language Test: Amongst the many, 60 candidates will be selected to proceed to the second round of selection. An aptitude test will help us assess the candidate’s ability and capability to learn and perform. Weightage: 45%
Monitored Group Discussion: Owing to the fact that we at AB ventures want to have passionate youths who would add to the great team work that we sincerely believe in, we would be engaging the candidates in discussions on general but important social topics so as to understand and listen to their thoughts and opinions. Weightage: 15%
**The Aptitude test and the Group discussion will take place on the same day**
Panel Interview: The 30 shortlisted candidates will be then called in for a face-to-face interview with our Executive Board members. The interview will further assist us in evaluating the potential and dedication of the candidates. Weightage: 40%
