Recruitment Interview Report
Having received more than 700 applications, the team of AB Ventures spent day and night going through all profiles to ensure that everyone was being seen and heard. However, from the pool, 60 candidates were shortlisted based on their delivery as seen in their resume and called for the next round of evaluation in our office.
We spent the whole of 16, 17 and 18th of April in conducting the aptitude tests as well as the group discussions with these candidates. Our intention for having a diverse set of unique evaluation rounds were to provide quality opportunity for our candidates to present themselves. And while we had a good turn up of proactive candidates, we would be calling only the top 40 for our next and final round of selection, which is the “HR Interview round”.
The 40 shortlisted candidates will be contacted before the 21st of April and the Interviews will take place between 22nd and 24th of April.
We plan on releasing the final list of the 25 selected candidates by the 26th of April unless in case of a lockdown or any such unforeseeable situations.
To ensure transparency and confidence in our ethical evaluation, we will be compiling the candidate’s CVs, answer sheets and even storing the recordings from the group discussions.
